PAYMENT OPTIONS
For your convenience, we provide multiple forms of payment. If you are purchasing chai to be shipped, we accept all major credit cards. If you are local to Indianapolis, we can take venmo or cash upon delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Perhaps you ordered too many of our delicious chai and would like to return some to us? For the time being, we can only accept bottles that are sealed and 3 months away from the best used by date. You can check the label for used by date. Please reach out to us if you would like more information.
SHIPPING
To better serve you and to ensure that you have a wonderful experience with our chai, we can only ship out wine sized bottles. We are currently working with a vendor to make shipping growlers a possibility in the near future. Check back in with us momentarily.
